Expense Review

SHG will cover your room and tax for up to (3) nights.

• Saturday night will only be covered if you are taking part in Sunday morning activities.

• Incidental charges incurred at the hotel will be your responsibility (i.e., room service, services purchased at hotel, drinks at the bar, mini bar, etc.).

Meals/drinks covered by SHG will be outlined in your itinerary from Sunday through your departure from Delray Beach. All meals on Saturday will be at leisure and at your own expense.​​

If driving to the hotel, SHG will cover mileage and parking on-site.

If flying into Delray Beach, SHG will cover your coach flight and taxis or standard Ubers to include:

• Airport transfers to/from home airport or train station (if applicable)

• Parking at home airport for up to 3 nights

• Airport transfers to/from FL airport

Please Note:​

SHG does not cover the costs for a black car, SUV, limo or any luxury car services throughout any programming (client or internal). SHG will not reimburse for transportation outside of group events or luxury car/limo services. Please review your luggage allowance through your airline so that you don't have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses for additional/overweight luggage. Bag charges are not included.
